Intensives

EMDR & IFS

How does an Intensive work?

Preparation Session

We meet for an initial 50-minute Preparation session to discuss your goals for the EMDR or IFS Intensive.  You’ll receive an Intensives Workbook to establish resources and gain clarity on your goals. We collaborate to create a customized treatment plan based on your goals and identified trauma, complete assessments, and create resources for a smooth and safe experience.

Intensive Session

Intensive Sessions are each 3 hours long and are designed to provide more space to process, with appropriate breaks and resources incorporated, and more deeply and accelerate your healing process.

Integration Session

Integration sessions are optional, but highly recommended. We will meet for a follow-up 50-minute session to reflect on the shifts and changes that you have experienced, and identify ways to integrate these shifts more thoroughly into your life going forward.  We can check in on what work still needs to be done and discuss how you’d like to move forward.
